He’s here!
This is Rou Yamashito, he lived in a small village somewhere in the East, at the bottom of a mountain. His name roughly translates to ‘son under the mountain’ because he was born under a mountain. He is an only child, even though he was never really alone, since the people living in the village felt like a big family!
The entire village has a tatoo of a kanji, it means East. Rou has one above his left eye!
People slowly began disappearing in the village, no one knew how or why. And with all the disappearances, people began to move towns. Rou and his parents also left.
While on their way to the nearest village, they bumped into the main reason for the disappearances. It was a demon, abducting people from their homes. It attacked and Rou’s parents died trying to protect him, the only reason he is still alive is because his mother pushed him of the side of the cliff they were walking on, out of the demons attack range.
He survived the fall and spent days wandering around the forest, until the stone pillar Gyomei Himejima found him, and then took him in seeing his potential. That’s how he got involved with the Demon Slaying Corps! And there he met (a friend on insta’s oc) Taiyo! His best friend and partner in crime
