Still working put how to get cleaner prints. But this is super cool!
I made a thing! This is a prototype, but would anyone be interested in one? Inspired by The Mandalorian, it says “a clan of two.” ==== Leather, laser cut with a little FX paint. ==== #wristcuff #mandalorian #leather #starwars #grogu #themandalorian #babyyoda #disney #mando #disneyplus #leatherwork #Leather #handmade #leatherworking #bracelet #jewelry #laser #snapmaker #lasercut #engraved #engravedgifts #dreamfallingstudio (at Beaverton, Oregon) https://www.instagram.com/p/CMJKK2WDfhy/?igshid=ghbwq7vqy0r3

And we are printing some nice Signal Yellow Extrafill @fillamentum PLA on the brand new @snapmakerinc to check the print quality of the machine. #3dprinting #3dprintingtechnology #snapmaker #snapmakerinc #cnccarver #laserengraver #fillamentum #extrafill #pla #maker (at Amsterdam, Netherlands) https://www.instagram.com/p/Bw63f9xoLzV/?igshid=1qq4msnffi1dn
It begins! First test-print on my Snapmaker A350. Time to try for one of those insane prints that the 3D printers my college had before couldn’t handle.
Should look something like this when it’s done. It’s fully articulated straight off the machine.
Put in a few more hours applying paint to the Tiamat dice tower. Learning as I go and enjoying every moment!
A replica Roman relief made from an open source scan from a museum and with two coats of paint. My 3D printer was able to replicate the weathered detail and even the writing!
