Wednesday WOD
1) snatch grip press (behind the neck) Heavy single
40kg 1RM
2) 2 rounds for perfect reps of; - plate holds (2.5kg e/s) - pause ring rows (45 deg) - behind the head tricep extension (5kg e/s)
1 min per exercise
3) wod 7 min AMRAP
5x push press @ 30kg 10 x pull up (Green + Red band)
9 Rounds + 5 in 8 min Cap

Need to be lifting more weight on that WOD, but I was struggling on the pull ups in the end, only managing 5 before needing to hang, even with bands.
The Snatch Grip Press was such a rush to push up - and it was controlled down.

Been doing a lot of reading up on snatch grip DLs and I might try them out at the end of my next session…I can always use extra back strengthening but most articles suggest using straps(which I don’t have)…anyone have any experience with this lift?
