Mugshot Monday - “Cardigan Donuts” snifter with Nitro Cold Brew by Blackeye Roasting Co

My Monday just got a whole lot better!

Cardigan Donuts in downtown Minneapolis has a deal where you get FREE coffee with the purchase of two donuts. The steal — I mean “deal” — is for drip coffee only, but I really wanted to try the Nitro Cold Brew by Blackeye Roasting Co.

The friendly staff was kind enough to make it happen since I’d never had it before. It’s super smooth and really tasty cold brew. Delicious.

And check that sweet Cardigan Donuts’ snifter! I have no idea how to hold it (obviously) and taking the mugshot was a challenge. But I now feel 100x more sophisticated drinking this coffee!

Donuts and coffee can soothe the soul. All it took this morning was one banana butter crunch donut, one chocolate donut with sprinkles, and one cold brew. Bring on the week!
