#snk chapter 73

What do you think Armins plan is? People are saying he'll use himself (and probably Eren) as bait, but wasn't Bert just ignoring them before? How will they get him to stop ignoring them? Will Eren jump at his nape? Or will he get rekt again?

Armin’s thought process in chapter 81 is based on his conversation with Eren from  chapter 73. As they were approaching Shiganshina, Armin asks Eren how he had the courage to rescue him from the titan’s mouth in Trost.  “You came and brought me out of the titans mouth. Why were you able to do that? You were never supposed to sacrifice yourself for my sake” 

Eren replies, “I don’t know why, but if it’s to get my freedom back, I feel strengths welling up inside me.”

Chapter 73:

Remembering Eren’s bravery, Armin repeats those words almost verbatim in chapter 81.

Chapter 81:

He then makes the ominous statement about never seeing the ocean.

So I have NO IDEA what Armin is planning, but since he’s thinking about the time Eren jumped into a titan mouth to save him, it can’t be good. It is sure to involve risk, bravery and sacrifice.

I really think things are going to turn out horribly wrong next chapter. I mean, i can’t really seeing eren being strong enough to take on both Reiner and the beast titan, and no way can he take on bertholdt in his colossal titan form. Even a incomplete form would be to much for him.I’m not sure if his friends will be able to do much against three power house titans, one of which was strong enough to take out reiner in his armored titan form. The way i see it, its going to to much for the survey corp to handle, and erens going to be captured again. I can maybe see the serum that levi has being used, but it turns the user into a mindless titan unless there’s a shifter to eat. Its useless in a battle if it just turns the user into a mindless shifter. I’m also pretty sure that the beast titan would be strong enough to take out a titan like eren, let alone a mindless one that just moves out of pure instict.
