Apparently that there's a 1-in-20 chance Ralsei will do this instead of falling asleep during the Snowgrave version of the Ferris Wheel scene. It seems to be an intentionally slightly distorted version of one of his dance sprites:

Oh my goodness Toby why... Ralsei why... Why Is He Stretched???

That longer video was really interesting and it's so intriguing that this sprite was disguised with the file name to look like the dance sprite at first glance. I have absolutely no ideas about what this could mean.

spoilers for the Snowgrave route on Deltarune

So I was looking for Berdley’s battle theme on the Snowgrave route, and the name of the theme is  “ berdly_battle_heartbeat_true.ogg” 

aaand If you speed it up, it sounds like an actual heartbeat! 😨

I initially thought, ah maybe he just fell into a coma and we’ll see him on the hospital on a next Chapter that comes from this kind of route, buuuut..

uh, I mean I know the spell is described to be “Fatal” but I guess I didn’t really believe he was dead at first..I mean is still not confirmed confirmed that he indeed died.. but I guess this just further implies that maybe his heart stopped because of the spell.. 😬
