The irony of this Sunday morning rabbit hole is the fact that it grew from pure serendipity, as I pondered who Michael Cera was married to, after noticing a wedding ring on his finger in an Instagram reel about his role as “Allan” in Barbie (2023), and found this article:

I think Jen is fine. She just might not be engaged to the most sensitive guy in NYC. But whatever. His sparkling personality will make up for jokes about her weight.

In the meantime, however, Mr. Wonderful made up for it by having a great artist paint their portrait!

It’s so life like no? And I especially love how they called the paps to a private residence and then stood around outside holding up this work of art for the paps to get plenty of pictures.
