Friends I am having. A Time.

So my car got hit last week because this kid (a child) (driving his parents’ bigbig jeep) (the jeep was new) “really thought the light was green” (it was red) (we were stopped) (everyone around us was stopped) (we had been stopped for several seconds).

Fast forward a few missed workdays and a muscle spasm (a Different muscle spasm from the one I’ve been going to PT for for the last three months) and I find out that my car (completely drivable) (still my first car) (I’d rather drive it into the ground than think about buying another vehicle) is considered a “total loss” (again completely drivable) (the only damage is in the trunk) because of its age (2007 because I need buttons and knobs) (I cannot condone touch screens).

So essentially… a child imagines a green light, runs into my trunk, and as a result I will need to take on a car payment, an expense I haven’t enjoyed in almost ten years.

Friends, can I tell you?
