For @creatingblackcharacters's Melanin Beam challenge I thought of no better character than Mabel Pines, who would absolutely love doing her hair in fun and exciting ways, such as the two drawn here. I'm not done playing with her design because again, she'd do such amazing things with her hair and she is so fun to draw.

Unfortunately, I'm still fighting with Dipper's design and will be for a while so no matching piece for him but know I love him as well.
