This isn't my account and this isn't really what six would ever post here. But. I thought maybe if I posted this it'd help other systems feel better. Im not the BEST at helpmaxxing or being good at stuff like this. We went through a system collapse and it was terrible we never really gained back our headcount, and I want other systems who went through this to know they're not alone. Alters who are doing jobs they don't have, hosts who have to tackle everything on their own. You guys aren't alone. I really want you all to know that. - scag ( she / they :) )

Went out to a queer dance thing last night and met a cute girl and danced with her and she bought me a drink and I gave her my number and I'm really gay. Now I've got to figure out are we going to talk more? If so will it be as friends or as potential more-than-friends? Are we going to go on a couple of dates and see how it goes? If so, when does it cross from "casual" to "someone I should probably definitely tell about my OSDD et al."?

I've also got to check in with everyone else in the system if they're okay with potentially letting someone new in our life. Sometimes (most of the time?) I wish I didn't have this complex mental illness; it would make things a lot easier.

Earlier in the night I was dancing with a couple friends and seeing all these people with their partners and it was so cute and sweet and I was like maybe we're ready to try dating again soon? But I didn't mean that soon. 😂

Having a 20-year age gap between your different parts of self is sometimes a time and a very obvious switch from watching cartoons in bed with stuffed animals to getting ready to go out for the night and drink in the span of 15 minutes.
