I never got why people cry, unless it is physical pain. I could comprehend why someone would be crying if they got stabbed, or shot, or etc. What I could never understand though was why people cried when it came to emotional things. Today at school we had chapel, and at each chapel we have a speaker that comes to talk about the stupid core values of our school. Well we had an hispanic mid aged female come and speak, but before she even got to present she just started crying. I was so confused as to why she was crying, for a bit i actually found it funny. But after wards it started to get annoying because she was crying during her whole speech. Afterwards when everyone was talking about it everyone was sympathizing. I can’t remember the last time i cried, then again i don’t think crying is a good thing. I don’t really know how to deal with someone crying other than to say the scripted words I memorize from movies. Before i learned that my reactions were “bad” i would just leave the conversation or just look at them. When i have to deal with a person crying it only puts me in a state of confusion and forces me to lie to end the situation, which i have no problem doing, but it is simpy something i will never understand.
