The brain has a limited capacity. Don't let anyone fool you into thinking otherwise.

There is only so much that one person can commit to memory, and even then there is an absolute speed (measured in data throughput) to which the human brain can consume information. Much less knowledge.
Yes brain capacities are different. Capacity for storage. Blessed are those that have extra brain capacity in comparison to others, but even then remember that even they--these geniuses--may be stupidly ignorant of stuffs that are blindingly obvious to common persons.
So don't take it personally when someone calls you stupid (this goes to me, personally, as well). Knowledgability is not measured in a linear scale. And even then intellectuality does not have absolute bearing on one's worth as a human being.
