at the end of my caring for the self project, i felt happy/satisfied knowing that i helped other people and at the same time helped myself
a few of the things i did were helping my sister with her homework, giving my mom a hug and a kiss, helping my friend by carrying his things, etc
this whole activity made me take note of the actions i do in a day, whether im spending my time being productive, being kind to others and if im not doing either of those thing. i became more of aware of my daily habits, and the way i speak and talk to people, if im even making a good impact or being the best version of myself
it made me much happier/satisfied in the end knowing that i probably made a positive impact to someone’s day and that i, myself can continue to be more aware of the actions i do and words i say

i realized that most people nowadays may not be aware of the way they act and how that affects other people and their own lives. we can be caught up with our own responsibilities and work that we forget to be kind to our family, our friends, and the people around us
it is nice to take a step back, relax and then come back and live everyday to the best of our abilities, knowing how we are living our lives can affect others. this in return reduces inner conflict and external conflict w others and makes us happier people. we can let go of our pride, our laziness and rest from our tiredness so that we will be able to live more positive lives. doing good, being open and being social all together will help us grow into better people little by little, everyday, in every way.
