I was thinking of calling it ‘Son of Eduardo’ since it sounds pretty cool. I’ll cut to the chase now. This story takes place in a universe where Eduardo and Laurel had officially tied the knot…and then eventually got divorced shortly after—BUT! That’s not all, the two end up having a kid together, which they both co-parent respectfully.
I went with the idea/headcanon of Eduardo potentially still having powers and accidentally passing it down to his son. I also thought it’d be funny if Eddie could easily use his powers while Eduardo has no idea how to anymore. As for Jon and Mark, I thought they’d make great uncles for Junior.
This wasn’t intended to be a fully fledged out story, so bear with me. If you have any questions about the AU, don’t hesitate to ask.
