Jitter wakes up safe!! While I am obviously very happy that she’s fine, i’m a little bummed that there wasnt more to her epileptic episode, because now it feels like it just came out of the blue with no meaning to the story?? Like don’t get me wrong its new info to the character that theyll probably use again eventually but it felt useless to introduce it here, but maybe thats just me

Quicksilver is here!! We saw him teased in the last book as a poster on the wall, but I didn’t expect him to actually show up! Oh I love his suit so much, the colors are so clean and the way Luciano Vecchio draws his face is so good… I can glaze Luciano all day, genuinely

Banshee and Rogue come to the aid of Monet and Quicksilver to stop the mind-controlled mutants!!

The Outliers are back safely!! Also, slight drama between Jitter and Calico? maybe this is why they introduced the epilepsy, to start heat between them?? I swear Gail better not break them up, they are my driving force… Also, Mutina kept the AI soulsword so who knows what she’s planning with that 😭💔

Lastly, oohhh im so scared… im so used to the dynamic with Rogue and Gambit as the head of the family, but im so open to seeing Monet and Quicksilver run things for a while… Especially since the next arc will be aliens?? I feel like these x-men never catch a break lmao.. I just hope the outliers, and more importantly Jitter and Calico, stay safe.. theyve had enough adventure 💔
