but as a beginner, no gym-pro/ science pro,
just me making my little research, trying to understand things, try things (got creatine for christmas)🍃🌸

🌿 what even IS creatine?🌿
okay so imagine this:
your muscles are little workers. when you move, lift, run, jump -> they need energy.
creatine is like a tiny energy battery your body already has!
✨ surprise: your body makes it itself
and you also get it from food (like meat or fish)✨
...so when people take creatine as a supplement, they are just adding a bit more battery power 🔋

mostly so they can:
♡ feel a bit stronger
♡ do maybe one more rep
♡ recover a little faster
almost magical. nothing scary. very science actually (づ。◕‿‿◕。)づ

❌ it is NOT steroids
❌ it does NOT change your hormones
❌ it does NOT instantly make you huge
it just helps muscles hold more water + energy
that’s it. ( ´ ω ` )
So if you don't workout, theres no significant (proven) change🍃

if you are young (teenager / still growing):
✨ you really, truly, honestly do not need creatine
✨ your body is already in its ✨prime growth mode✨
✨ food + sleep + movement = more than enough
💌 my big-sister advice :
when you are young,
eating enough (๑ᵔ⤙ᵔ๑),
(_ _*) Z z z sleeping a lot,
learning good form (ง ˙o˙)ง,
( ˶ˆᗜˆ˵ ) not stressing your body,
is the best "supplement".
adding powders won’t make things better ,sometimes confusing (⊙_⊙)
learn to trust your body early (。•́‿•̀。)

🌿 why adults sometimes take it ?
people in their 20s / 30s (hi, it’s me, 27 ✨) sometimes use creatine because:
❀ life is stressful
❀ recovery is slower than at 16
❀ training goals are more specific
but even then:
it’s optional, not a must

if you are new to fitness like me :
🌱 don’t rush
🌱 don’t copy everything from Social Media
🌱 you are already doing enough by starting
creatine will still exist later. (Also quite expensive tbh)
your health + relationship with your body is more important 💗
