I always thought it would look cool if they took a page out of eagle courtship rituals and did a “death spiral” before their crash (notice the little hearts on both of their chests)

Most of the family have muted or neutral colour palettes and then there’s just Earth. He stole all the colours.

My take is that Luna actually looks like Proto's carbon copy, not Theia's. Because most likely they were made from Proto-s mantle. Basically 'receiving his skin'. While Earth gets somewhat more balanced between them. However most celestials internally exaggerate his simularity to Proto to feel like they are the same person and have one less to grief for
