With the impact Uranus and Boreas merge. It's still Uranus mostly, but he has gained traits from Boreas. So in a way, they are both one.

i think the person who stole Uranus’s diary is planet X NOW HEAR ME OUT—
The size of the diary compared to the size of X matches up. X has always had a strong sense of justice so ofc he’s meddling. He knows like most things that happen in the Solar System and if it relates to Saturn he would especially know probably, so he could know about Chrysalis. He could be sending notes to avoid getting spotted, idk why he’s hiding but wtv. He knows Uranus keeps a diary because of how much time he’s spent with him and watching him, so he would def think to use it.
What if he came back and didn’t tell anyone? Why? Who fucking knows but he could totally be popping in just to visit ok it’s a possibility. Not wishful thinking or anythinggggg.
