𝘮𝘪𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘦𝘭 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘴 𝘢𝘴 𝘢 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘻𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳!! 𝘨𝘯, 𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘩𝘦𝘥 𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱
you’re always at the prize counter handing out tickets and crappy toys while michael’s running around serving cold pizza to screaming kids he kept swinging by your counter every shift with the dumbest excuses until one day he just asked you out super fast. you said yes and boom, suddenly you two were dating.
even though you started dating pretty quick, he took his sweet time getting intimate. poor baby needed to trauma dump everything first (the nightmares, the guilt, all of it.) he wanted to feel safe and comfortable before anything happened, always making sure he’s ready.
you already know william because he’s your boss, so things at the afton house feel kinda weird sometimes. michael has you over a lot anyway, but he prefers going to your place where it’s quieter and there’s no risk of his dad walking in. (hint hint)
he buys you the stupidest little gifts from the restaurant like a half deflated balloon or an extra-large soda with two straws :> he once gave you a bonnie keychain and kept a foxy one for himself teehee. he acts like its no big deal but his ears go pink every time.
he doesn’t really know how to date properly, poor thing has been through so much :< (accidentally killing his brother (skill issue), the constant mental weight and pain.) it makes him a little awkward and unsure sometimes, but he tries so hard for you.
when william’s being extra bossy (god knows he is) at work you’ll catch michael giving you these secret little looks from across the floor, like you’re his only soft spot in the whole loud restaurant, maybe the world for him. he’ll sneak over during break and slip you a cold drink or a silly sticker just to see you smile.
he loves when you let him ramble about random stuff after your guys shifts. sometimes he’ll talk for ages and then suddenly go quiet, look at you and say something sweet like "you make this place feel less… terrible" (awwhee hes so cute, i love vulnerable men !!)
at your place he’s way more relaxed. he’ll flop on your bed, pull you down with him and just hold you close, playing with your fingers while the tv hums in the background, no pressure, no noise from downstairs, just him being himself, the only time hes allowed to be
he’s not perfect at all this dating stuff but hes trying and give the man some credit 💕
