When I first met Buddy, I was so scared that I would never get a soul pokemon. One time, I got lost in a snowy mountain and even though I, Soots, is amazing at everything, I get cold easily… It wasn't good. Then Buddy appeared and he helped me out a lot."

He laughs, scratching at his cheek. "I… think I would have frozen if it wasn't for him being there. My fault for not telling anyone where I was going. I was just prepared to fight and not prepared for the cold."

I hope he isn’t too upset with me for suddenly leaving on a mission. What if he forgets me and moves on? What if he finds someone better?
