My other favorite part of The Witcher (because I'm on Baptism of Fire now) is how often Geralt tries to Frodo his way out with this whole "I have to go alone" shtick, and then his entire little company totally Samwises right back (with an eyeroll) like "uh huh, sure sweetie, and we're coming with you, now shut up and peel those vegetables, we're making dinner"
