5am thought: I tend to draw out Kazuichi’s softer moments with Komaeda, but have rarely touched on the other side of it online, but:
Komaeda is a fanatic about cheering this dude up and rooting for him. If Kazuichi is feeling down Komaeda will shower him with compliments. Even ones that don’t make sense. Even ones that delve into the creepy territory. He is that friend that repeats “you are GREAT and I LOVE YOU”
Does this put Kazuichi off? Yes. It actually makes him a little uncomfortable. But sometimes it doesnt. And he always appreciates it, because he knows the boy is trying.
