What placements indicates a high level soul
So, I don't feel like there is a set list of placements that indicate a high level soul because we are all here to evolve on a soul level, but some of us are here to carry/learn from our karmic debt as some of us carry heavier karmic loads than others. You can definitely spot a person who is here to pay their karma, a person who is here to evolve spiritually etc.
First I want to discuss outer planets, because believe it or not I do feel that these planets/placements can give us a lot of insight into the karmic dealings of this person. A strong Uranus/ neptune/pluto influence is important because these are the planets that connect somebody to the collective consciousness, so seeing strong aspects between personal planets and outer planets can indicate that this person feels meant or sometimes obligated to help guide others through transformation.
A strong emphasis on the 8th house, 9th house, and 12th house can also indicate somebody here who is evolving spiritually. Having 12th house placements, particularly sun, moon, or chart ruler can indicate somebody with heavy karmic depth but someone who is also an old soul. Since this house is the house of the unknown, karmic debts, past lives, etc., there can be a feeling of unrest that the 12th Houser often cannot explain. Often times it is karmic dealings or karmic healing.
A heavy 8th House individual or 8th house stellium is here to learn how to master their shadows because this house is heavily focused on the darkness, what's hidden, the taboo, forbidden etc. These individuals face oftentimes the same lesson in different forms, and in different painful ways until the lesson is learned. This is the house of karmic entanglements so this individual should be especially careful with the type of people they get into relationships with, begin investments with, start businesses with, your assets with, marry etc. hard lessons will be learned through very vulnerable situations, and heavy karma can be gained or healed.
A heavy 9th house individual is here to learn or hear to teach. This person has a strong head on their shoulders and spends their life seeking knowledge and spiritual truths, intentionally seeking to evolve their soul. Alternatively, people with a heavy 9th house energy might have been restricted in terms of expansion i.e.— they might have had to fight for their education, for the right to religion (anti-religious upbringing, anti-spiritual upbringing, cult-like upbringing — heavy restrictions and limited rights of freedom). On a much smaller scale, this individual may have had to defend their intelligence, and their wisdom, and the real journey that their soul is on is to evolve without the need for validation.
NN in the 8th, 9th, 10th house often indicates somebody that is meant to master their spirituality and their shadow side, someone who is meant to transmute and transform.
Chiron sitting on the Sun, ascendant, or midheaven can also indicate somebody who is destined to live a healing path or someone who is destined to help aid others through their healing thus evolving and healing themselves.
More generally speaking
A heavy saturian energy can often indicate somebody here who has unfinished business from a past life, who has karmic dealings to either correct or to cash in.
A water heavy influence and a chart can also suggest that this person has lots of spiritual psychic abilities and gifts which brings in heavy karma throughout their lives.
Lastly I would say a heavy mutable chart also indicates spiritual evolvement as it makes somebody open-minded, fluid, adaptable and seeking the truth in all aspects of life.
