Time to fly! I am thankful for @soundrunnerct putting me in the right pair of @hokaoneone Clifton 7s 😄 I previously put myself in the Stinton, which in a regular width was too narrow and gave me blisters. So thankfully Hoka took them back and Sound runner put me in a wide and the right shoe! The Clifton has a meta rocker technology that helps with my breakover in my stride. I could feel the difference in my 5K today! It has been one heck of a road, but I’m slowly coming back. Injury does take a tremendous toll on you mentally, physically, and emotionally.
