i love having finished harrow the ninth because one of the very very very few things i knew about this series was that id seen one or two memes about soup. and i like. i figured thered be a funny soup scene. and then harrow used her own bone marrow to make soup and fed it to her psuedo siblings and also literal god himself and then after everyone had eaten her bone soup she formed a fucking skeletal automaton out of one of her pseudo brothers' body with her own bone marrow in order to attempt to kill him bc hed been trying to kill her and no one cared. she had not slept in six days and also was starving and had some severe brain damage and still almost managed to kill the godlike pseudo brother that her rival/enemy/girlfriend/magic power dinner/first flower of her house was named after. god then stopped it and said sadly that itd been ten thousand years since hed had to eat a person and hed kind of hoped it wouldnt happen again.
