warm vacherin and dip crusty bread in it fondue-style, and drink cherry bounce or tart cherry liqueur on the side

serve tart cherry compote over vacherin for a fun dessert

make a grilled cheese with wheat bread, vacherin, tart cherry jam with rosemary, and another semi-hard, mild cheese of your choosing
