A 7 stripe vertical flag, stripe 1 through 3 & 5 through 7 are scalloped, with the middle stripe behind the scallops and thicker. From left to right the colors are dark red, orange, green, off-black blue, green, orange and dark red. In the middle of the flag is a horizontal scalloped stripe with a rounded pentagon in the center, a jester hat in the middle of the pentagon. The colors of the stripe and pentagon are off-black purple and are outlined in a lighter purple.
