Being attracted to a character who was my brother in source is so weird. Cause like… he’s hot. But he’s also just like a different version of my brother. And I know that technically I’m not my source or whatever so it doesn’t count, but it just feels weird man💔

Every time I see a post referencing my source, I forget it's not me they're talking about. Saw someone talking about wanting bad things to happen to my source because he was mean to Virgil, and my immediate reaction was 'oh fuck you, you asshole, I was never mean to Virgil' only to have to correct myself, remind me that they aren't talking about me or my Virgil, they're talking about Thomas's Janus and Thomas's Virgil. It's very disorienting.

there's so many of you now that our source is finally released and its terrifying how many of YOU i see now and it makes me feel so lost how do i know which one is you how do i know which one is the you i loved just give me a sign p lease

This is a thing I found on current czech blogs mostly run by girls between age 11-16 (sometimes even older)

That they don't source the pictures and texts...that's something we already know. But what is new and it maybe bothers me even more is urgent push into sourcing. 

Wait you maybe say - but that's fine. NO. Let me explain.

That girl usually asks for sourcing her blog when you copy pics you found there. BUT! They are pictures she found somewhere else and didn't even source them and now she is urging a sourcing her own site or she will report you for stealing HER pictures (that she found and oh my it was so hard to find them)

I mean...Am I the only one that doesn't see a logic in it?

To use picture from the internet you didn't source (because google so I don't need to) and urging to source your page when someone wants to use them. So actually yea I don't mind sourcing her own original pics, but this? The world is surely going to hell.

Okay here's a fun fact

I know this is hardly an uncommon grievance, but I've been seeing this post right here make the rounds and collect a shit ton of notes lately and it's bothering me because it's not sourced correctly. The post is literally a screenshot of this entry right here from the Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows. There are many other such wonderful words on this blog, and you would never know without the source. So let's give credit where credit is due, and find an awesome new blog in the process!

Is there a way to contact a person who runs an "art gallery" blog who isn't sourcing all the pics they submit and have their ask box off and no indication as to who they are?

Because it's starting to bother me. So bad.
