* Wearing clothes that make you feel like a bad ass
* Offer aid to veterans / service dogs for veterans
* Learning to harness anger in healthy ways (rage rooms, vent art, dancing, cleaning, etc)
* Offering support to SA survivors
* Standing up against violence, transphobia, racism, etc (also protection spells/jars work well too)
* Attend a local protest/pray for safety of protestors
* Learn about war and the people affected by them
* Visit old battlegrounds like Gettysburg, etc
* Play his playlist when working out or in a need of strength
* Volunteer at a local animal shelter
* Watching sports/ any competitive event
* Spin in circles on a windy day
* Taking a moment to listen to wind chimes
* Donate to storm watchers
* Make safety plans for natural disasters ; tornadoes
* Sit outside during a breezy day
* Leave fresh water out for wildlife during intense summer heat
* Collect summer rain water for creativity and love spells
* Take photos/paint/write of summer storm clouds
* Provide aid those affected by natural disasters
* Speak to the wind (your fears, wishes, etc)
* planting wildflowers to help pollinators
* Spend a day picking up litter
* Leave birdseed for the local birds
* Donate to an animal sanctuary
* Help worms on the sidewalks back into the grass
* Research deforestation, global warming, endangered species
* Allow yourself to be wild and untamed
* Offer up coins, pinecones, deer imagery
* Learning how to hunt or forage and survival skills
* Turn off your phone for a bit and sit outside with nature
* Teach your younger relatives to be kind to animals
* Drinking honeysuckles outside
* Support indigenous lands and conservation efforts
* Thank the earth before meals
* Walk barefoot in the grass
