They were supposed to make the transfer Persephone-style in the spring and fall, but both of them were prone to both keeping him longer and to forgetting they were supposed to pick him up This is why Alfred developed a penchant for moving around a lot to his different houses. And probably why American culture is so mobile in general. His childhood didn't teach housing stability, it taught becoming a snow bird and flying south to Florida for the winter.

-They take revenge on those who betrayed/hurt Toni and Arthur helps Toni become a well known and feared pirate captain, but only after Antonio agrees to become his spouse

-Marriage is something Arthur learns of when he lived amongst humans while looking for Antonio
