And this afternoon’s project was Spanish Meatballs. Ground beef and pork, with breadcrumbs, onions, parsley, milk, eggs and nutmeg…and a sauce of tomatoes, onions, carrots, paprika (I used both sweet and smoked) red wine and whiskey (the recipe called for brandy, but I figured close enough)…salt, pepper and stock of course…results to come soon… #spanishmeatballs #meatballs #foodporn (at Harlem) https://www.instagram.com/p/CiYaefiJ55V/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
