There was an incident during Bernard’s cooking class so he got to be part of the investigation with Tim and Darcy… Tim isn’t impressed

After a particularly difficult mission where Robin and Sparrow needed help

Darcy:Well now that you guys came you should also get a codename

Tim:This was a one time thing they won’t be coming to cases with us

Darcy completely ignoring Tim:They should also be birds, to keep the theme

Detective Williams:I’m with robin on this one we don’t need codenames, this was a one time thing

Bernard now onboard with the codenames ignoring the other two:Yeah more birds, we should be like a flock

Detective Williams:Don’t encourage her

Darcy:Ohhh Bernard should be a hummingbird

Detective Williams:Robin, shouldn’t you stop them?

Tim just shrugging and ignoring the rambling two:

Bernard:Oh that’s good

Darcy:The detective would be a goose

Detective Williams now completely offended:A GOOSE??? I would NOT be a goose

Darcy:Now who cares about codenames, huh?

Tim, tired, with ramblings and arguments in the background about codenames, realizing he will never have a normal team ever:Why me?

I rlly like her glasses so I wanted to use crazy glasses as a kinda mask (which I know isn’t super practical but it looks cool soooo) also since the rat tails are super impractical (I would know I had em lmaoo) I decided she would probably tie em up when doing vigilante stuff

also the bat in the last pic was Bernard’s idea :P

And yes of course! I even have one that's Bat au (of course I've never posted about her because she's 100% self insert Y/N coded so purely for my cringe self indulgence)

Short background Summary-

Odette Wayne (Blood daughter, a few years older than Dick)

Bruce discovered she existed after publicly taking in Dick (her mom realized he might not be a complete playboy, and they split custody)

She finds out about Batman and Robin- demands to help, and becomes Sparrow

Without extreme conditioning/training- she focuses more on helping Victims/"aftercare" of an attack

Sparrow steps back after Odette graduates HS- goes to College, and later gets into Med school

When Dick gets fired and then becomes Nightwing- Odette becomes the in between (and Bruce whole place in the situation started a lil crack in their already somewhat strained relationship)

Odette had all but quit the mask, until Jason became Robin #2 (which- more issues w/ Bruce) And she was determined for the kid to not have BRUCE as the "responsible adult" in his life

Makes a promise to Jason involving "Blood of the coven is thicker than the water of the womb" that she would fight Bruce, if it meant protecting him

Odette gets in a big fight with Bruce- joins Dick to space mission to cool off

Ethiopia.

When Tim comes on scene, she's just as pissed as Dick- but has the same promise of not wanting the kid to deal with Bruce alone

(JJ happens at some point, idk when- but of course Joker returns)

At this point shes fully taken over Leslies clinic so the poor woman can retire- shes the first to hear whispers of a new face in the alley.

Red Hood leaves the clinic alone. But threatening Tim? Odette wont lose another Robin.

Shenanigans- and she discovers who he is?

Long story short- Odette becomes the one to finally "get rid" of the Joker- but unlike Jasons whole philosphy of kill to claim a role that would otherwise go to another?

She fully believes killing is wrong- but she ALSO believes that commiting the worst sin is worth it to keep her family safe. As a result leading a peak to Bruce and hers fucked relationsip.

Best part? As a doctor, and someone who "learned from the best" Bruce cant prove she did it.

He knows. She KNOWS he knows. But only Jason had it confirmed

(of course more lore w/ the other Batfam- and their relationshops- I just fixated on her for various scene scenerios- mostly involving Bruce getting told to stfu and Joker being discarded meat chunks in space )
