Since we know that he knows Tim is Robin, doesn’t that mean he's constantly being a sassy asshole anytime he talks about Batman or hero stuff?

This seems a lot like the guy who was all "Oh, you have a GIRLFRIEND, Drake? A mysterious GIRLFRIEND who no one has ever met? You can totally tell me" and then brought that joke back years later to said Imaginary-Girlfriend's face on their first meeting.
