Open pre-orders will be available till June 30th 2015! Estimated arrival months for order shipment will be Late September to Early October. Please be aware of this before ordering. READ IN FULL. Last year at Halloween we greatly underestimated the popularity of Meowchi, Tasty Peach Studios, and the collectibility of our limited editions. Because we did not want to come across as “greedy” people, we decided to keep the quantities very limited. So limited in fact, it would have probably been a good size of “limited” plush for a page and fanbase 1/10th or less our size. Soon after Halloween & Winter variant sold out (average 20-30 hours) we realized, after angry email after angry email, insult after insult, irate collector upon irate collector, that we greatly underestimated things. It was our first time releasing a limited edition quantity, and we were not prepared for the overwhelming positive result, and the overwhelming negative feedback. That being said, we thought for a while about how we could make limited editions easier to obtain, but still be released appropriately on their seasons/holidays. I'll use Halloween for an example. 1. We could take an open pre-order around Halloween for Halloween! Everyone who wants one would get one. But if we do that... people would received Halloween Meowchi around Jan/Feb, and that's no fun. 2. We could open pre-orders for Halloween Meowchi in June! Then they would be made and shipped before Halloween. But if we did that...who is going to care about Halloween in June? Winter variant in August? Not really anyone. Again, kind of a bad solution. 3. We can order them ahead of time for sales, but this was our original mistake. Order X amount... and then have demand for X*5, then you have a problem. Order X*5, and only have demand for X*3 and you have too many extras. 4. So we finally have a solution! We will order a certain amount available for immediate shipping. These plush will come with art ear tags that state “1st edition” and will be limited to X quantities that we'll personally write on the tags! 001/250, 097/500, 0450/1,000, etc! These will make the first batch extra special! Then, we'll place an OPEN pre-order up the following January for all of the previous years variants (minus winter). January 2016 would see 2015 BumbleBee, 2015 Summer, 2015 Halloween, etc! The “1st Edition” batch becomes much more rare and collectible, but the plush itself remains available for those who miss out due to illness, tragedies, life, jobs, school, etc. Everyone wins! You crazy bunch of kitty stalkers ( we love ya ;3 ) get your collectible items, and those who miss out know months ahead of time to be ready for January. While #4 is the perfect solution, we unfortunately did not think of it until well after Vampire, Candy Corn, and Reindeer were released. If you could have seen our inbox during Oct-Dec last year... you'd be a bit more kind towards us on the situation.

So we've made our decisions. Vampire, Candy Corn, and Reindeer's PATTERNS will be re-released in an OPEN pre-order. But we are making a few changes so people don't have to worry about their wallets. We are ELIMINATING this years Summer variant. Mango & Lychee will be permanent, so there is no need to rush to buy these. The Unicorn one we had planned for this summer is being scratched until next year, because we refuse to entertain allegations we are any type of greedy people. If we wanted to release a monthly Meowchi, the demand is there, but we refuse to do that to those who have supported us for years and years and would never be able to keep up with a collection like that. In place of the Unicorn Summer variant, we are doing the Bat & Candy Corn re-release. Reindeer will be held until later in the year, to be re-released, so people aren't scrambling to buy 3 Meowchi at once. So those of you who -would- have bought Unicorn, and really want Bat / Candy Corn, you're only buying 2 Meowchi for this summer instead of 4 (Bat, Candy Corn, Reindeer, Unicorn). They will have slight changes to keep original collectors happy. We expect to sell 3-4-5 times the amount of these over the originals, which means originals will maintain rarity, collectibility, and will not be anywhere close to these ones in over all numbers. Vampire Bat will be a dark purple shade, and will have no ear tag. Candy Corn will be brown, a darker orange, and white with no ear tag. And Reindeer will be a cream and dark grey color variation, with no ear tag (the original one did not have a tag either, as we had to speed ship them to meet Christmas needs). From this point on, BumbleBee and forward, all variants will be limited edition and will be released around the time of their season / holiday. Then they will be open for pre-order in January. But as for the first 3 that we made a mistake on, we will be handling them this way. Bat & Candy Corn are live now in June for open pre-order in place of Unicorn. Unicorn will be held for next year. Reindeer will probably be released in early August, then Halloween variants in October and Winter variant in December. If you have any additional questions, comments, etc feel free to PM.
