how many hours of sleep do you usually get? do you like horror movies? how do u usually feel about school - specstudies

I’m so sorry this took me so long to answer! I haven’t been on here much — my answer to your first question will likely explain why. 

1. I used to always sleep eight hours consistently. However, in the past couple months I have been struggling with extreme fatigue and usually sleep at least 12 hours, sometimes up to 14! It is a struggle to need that much sleep because it really limits what I can get done in the day. 

2. I love horror! I primarily like realistic horror movies or psychological thrillers, but I have enjoyed some spirit/demon type stuff before too. 

3. I definitely go through phases where I am over school and don’t even want to go near campus, but generally I would say I enjoy it!

oh boy i would collect Everything but right now it’s mainly postcards (i love them!!), small stationary bits/ephemera, plants, pebbles/rocks/marbles, amigurumi octopuses/jellyfish (i’ve made so many help), i can’t think of what else but there’s definitely more! I’m pretty tidy though so everything has it’s place thankfully

i have a dog and a cat, they’re very sweet! my dog loves birthdays and wants to help whenever someone unwraps a present - she’ll bring a ball or a toy for you to wrap up in the torn discarded wrapping paper so she can have her own present :’) and whenever i go into my parents’ living room, my cat jumps onto the ends of the sofas and runs from one end to another as I walk past to get closest to me so i’ll tickle her :’)  i have lots of favourite foods! right now i’m loving gingernut biscuits though! also pomegranate (and preparing them is kind of fun!), and I always love ice cream, and crepes! aaah it’s so nice thinking of such lovely things!

I know no one can be productive for 100 days straight. But, I might as well try to complete this challenge to get better at self discipline.

According, to my horoscope, I need to take a breather. And I need to focus early this week. Also, I need to try new things.

Lazy is a shaming word. And it doesn’t take mental illnesses and physical into account.

Meal Plan #1

Time to Meal Plan! My self care is cooking and I also want to eat healthier so I can have clearer skin and I just generally love fruits.

I plan to make a few of these posts. I tried to make these Vegan/Vegetarian friendly but couldn’t think of good replacements. I went for meatless Mondays instead.  

Week 1

Monday: noodles with peppers , snack: pineapple pieces , drink: water

Tuesday: bagel sandwich with an apple and sliced carrots  , snack: a handful gummy worms drink: apple juice 

Wednesday: frozen yogurt tube , pinwheels , snack: oreos , drink: water

Thursday: ham and cheese sandwich , snack bell peppers , drink: water

Friday:  cantaloupe , half sandwich with strawberry cream cheese and cucumbers , snack: scones drink: water

Week 2

Monday: Waffles , Snap Peas , snack: apple crisps , drink: water

Tuesday: Tositos Scoops , guacamole , kale chips , snack: granola , drink: water

Wednesday: Chia seeds and Coconut bites , greek yogurt , snack: goldfish , drink: apple juice 

Thursday: hashbrowns , banana  snack: popcorn

Friday: pasta with pesto , mixed berries , snack: more fruit drink: water
