I heard about the idea of a dopamine menu from Pinterest and this YouTube video! Over the years I've previously made journal entries about no-scroll ideas, but I especially love the idea of different categories for different tasks in the menu 💗 it was a fun art project too and I left some room to add more tasks
Starters - 15 minutes and under tasks
Mains - bigger tasks 45mins-1 hour, like hobbies and studying
Sides - tasks you do combined with another, for example tidying up while listening to music/an audiobook
Desserts - nice treats! I put things like doing a face mask, watching a movie and researching craft ideas online
Specials - special occasions, I put museums, concerts, go out for the day in nature so far
I was inspired to make one as I am trying to cut down the time I spend on youtube and spend more time on hobbies, language learning and decluttering. I'm happy with how it turned out!
