The future was brighter than ever for the Ffarquhar Branch Line. Not only had Thomas and Percy prevented Sodor Mail from terminating connections with the railway, Percy had, accidentally, helped Tom Tipper reunite with Milton, his postal van.
Better still, the incident with the bicycle all but forced the attention to those in charge how overworked the postmen were. The general manager had decided to trial an express postal service to even out the workload. Naturally, Percy was chosen to carry the service.
"Come along, come along," he panted. "Can't be late for our first run!"
"You're doing fine, Percy!" One van encouraged. "Pace yourself, though!"
"Yeah," added another, "we're only about halfway up the line, aren't we?"
"Nah, Percy's got this." The third van interjected. "I've heard good things about this lad and post trains."
Armed with the trucks' confidence, the small green engine forged ahead.
Are the Savage Speeders fucking throwing this year?
I don't think they've finished higher than 14th, and whenever they look like they might manage top 10, they dive to the back. They're only one of two teams to not have double digit points.

It’s my boi Jackie! Since I haven’t drawn him in a good while, I have decided to try and improve on the design I had for him when I drew him for the ego preesh week event back in June. I’ve been practicing a lot since then ;)
I should really draw him more often, I love his quirky character and, for lack of a better word, ‘try-hard’ heroism. My favorite thing about him though is that we don’t actually know what kind of super powers he has, or if he has any at all. So it’s really fun to mess around with and come up with headcannons for ^-^
