“I'll be more than glad! Although we don't know much about it ourselves. It, as the name suggests, an arrow that will give a stand to whoever gets pierced by it and their relatives... If they have the "requirements" to survive. It's also been discovered that if a stand user pierces themselves again, they can get some sort of extra power, and piercing a stand gives a "Requiem", the most mysterious power yet. The limits and ways this work is still unknown, and the materials and virus in the arrows seem to be... Not from this world”
