i mean,,, are we really that surprised that they didn’t say anything lol. like yeah it sucks that they didn’t talk about spn or 15x18 or ANYTHING, but they never really guaranteed that they would. and it still makes sense that they postponed the podcast even though nothing “groundbreaking” happened bc. it was Thee Inauguration. THEE INAUGURATION. yeah, they might’ve postponed it bc they didnt want misha/spn to trend during the event, but it also might be just because they wanted people to actually watch/focus on the inauguration in general. and esp since misha’s so focused on politics now and they filmed it in the aftermath of the fucking insurrection, i am not surprised that’s what they mostly talked about.

idk man.... like we have every right to be disappointed that they didn’t say anything bc obviously we have so many questions left unanswered and they (particularly misha and speight) could’ve answered them. but that was never a guarantee, and for all we know misha is still bound by an NDA that speight knows he can’t try to work around - and i am of the firm belief that the CW did strike the fear of God in misha after that first zoom conference post 15x18, that’s why his story keeps changing and why he’s suddenly less willing to talk about it now than he was initially. this all just seems like us falling victim to the weight of our own expectations once again, when it’s not really anyone’s fault.
