These Roasted Orange Chicken Ramen Bowls are a delicious twist on traditional ramen, featuring tender roasted chicken breast infused with a tangy orange sauce, served over flavorful ramen noodles and fresh baby spinach.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup orange juice. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons honey. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon grated ginger. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 4 packs ramen noodles. 4 cups chicken broth. 4 cups water. 2 cups baby spinach. 2 green onions, sliced. Sesame seeds for garnish.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Put chicken breasts in a baking dish and season them with salt and pepper. Mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and olive oil in a small bowl with a whisk. Put on chicken. Put the chicken in the oven and baste it with sauce every so often for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it's fully cooked. As the chicken roasts, cook the ramen noodles in chicken broth and water according to the directions on the package. Spread the cooked noodles out in 4 bowls. Add some baby spinach on top. Toast the chicken, then cut it up and put it on top of the noodles and spinach. Add some of the sauce from the baking dish to the noodles and chicken. Add green onions and sesame seeds that have been sliced on top. Enjoy while hot!
