Redesign of the human Spinel from my AU

Ever since I posted the first version of my human Spinel, I’d been thinking about giving her a better redesign; I’ve only just done it, but here it is💖✨.

I’ve always had this headcanon that a human version of Spinel would be Black (leaning towards a medium-brown complexion) and have an Afro, because I think it suits her😚.

In this universe, the story is a bit different: Ellie was a baby abandoned on Wallace and Gromit's doorstep, and they decide to care for her as if she were their own daughter, making her the happiest and most cheerful person of all.

Spinel x human! s/o headcanons

💗 When she firsts meets her s/o shes most definitely nervous as heck as she's not used to feelings for anyone as something besides a friend, assuming they start off as friends of course. As at that point any sort of closeness she has would be with the diamonds or the crystal gems (especially steven)

💗 speaking of steven, it'ld be almost definite that he's the reason you meet in the first place, if spinel spent a decent amount of time on Earth steven would obviously want her to hang out with other people asides from him (just so she gets more used to people who aren't gems, good friend-making practise afterall)

💗 once you started to go out more, you can bet that you could be tracked down to either Beach citywalk fries (probably the only food you can get Spinel to eat) or Funland arcade, which its a miracle that you haven't gotten kicked out or banned from yet, if only Spinel would stop cheating via stretching.

💗 as time went on Spinel would probably find herself staying on Earth a little longer each time she came to visit, not that it would be a problem transport wise with easy warp-pad access and all. With the average time-span of a visit going from an hour or two to a day, which doesn't mean she'ld become hugely clingy but she'ld definitely get pretty attached to you.

In this au Pink is like Jonathan, a Hamon user, Steven has Hamon and Stand, his stand is Rose quartz, Spinel was abandoned at a very young age (3, 4 years) when she discovers that her mother is a Diamond (aka Joestar) and that she has been abandoned at the mercy of luck, she goes in search of revenge. - Some facts

Spinel fled the orphanage where he lived at age 14 wandering the roads

Her stand first appeared at age 8 when a boy bullied and the stand protected her

Her stand has its own control and is always carrying a notebook to communicate with spinel

The Stand hates fight shes just a big softie

Her stand is a shield, meaning protection, but she's great in combat because of her elasticity and big hands. (Holy fuck i can talk about this all night)

Only steven and Garnet has stand, amethys and pearl uses hamon

Greg is dead. dont cry.

The Diamonds killed greg bc they think that Greg killed pink with him stand. ps: they are not wrong about greg killing pink 🤪

Steven hates his stand because it's like Pink's, they both have Rose quartz
