I was going to make it all in one large piece, as I did last time, but I've made you (whomever may enjoy the comic in the present or future) wait long enough. WakeRife Rambles: Recreating an AU
I was thinking about some of my older works and it led me to consider a fairly old AU of mine; Split!Ben (or Split). I doubt that anyone remembers him, and the abandoned, barely started comic I'd made of him was pretty sucky, but Split was the prototype of what would eventually become several other of my AUs, mostly Marionette and Soma as well as a little bit of Anemome. I think I posted both Soma and Anemome on here...? I'm getting off topic.
Anyways, I kept most of the physical design for Split but changed just about everything about who he is and why. I want to go into more details, but I work in twenty minutes and need to do dishes. This was an entirely self indulgent post.
Oh, lordy, I completely forgot about this. Whoops. Well, here it is, my belated response and a posting.
