apple yoghurt layers

windfall apples 2 sponge fingers amaretto milk greek yoghurt cinnamon

chop up and cook apples in a little water, into apple sauce mix a drizzle of amaretto with a drizzle of milk break sponge finger in half, place at bottom of glass soak sponge finger with amaretto and milk spoon over apple sauce and dash over cinnamon spoon over yoghurt (more than apple sauce, to balance its sweetness) repeat, refridgerate

Peach Tiramisu (Puddings 7/20)

Using the sponge fingers that I made previously, dipped in orange juice and Grand Marnier, layered with a whipped egg yolk, mascarpone and whipping cream, and lastly peach slices I made this goodie from the bake off book. I've learnt that I'm not a big fan of Grand Marnier! My bf loves it though, so it's not the end of the world. I topped it with Raspberry sauce.

Sponge Fingers (Puddings 5/20)

So I'm going to use these guys to make something else, but they're so good I had to make a separate post about them. Lots of whipping, followed by some inexpert piping, followed by a brief time in the oven produced these super light beauties.
