I believe this is the Lover Dearest (Amnesia Au) written by somerdaye on Ao3! 

Part 1: still the best, more or less- Amnesia doesn't happen to real people, Phil wants to say. That's a soap opera trope, and not even a very good one.

Part 2: so easy to come back into you- The story has some humour in it, Dan supposes, but Phil looking wide-eyed at the camera and saying, "and I was like, who's this giant man threatening to call my mum, I was freaking out," isn't something Dan will be able to laugh about anytime soon.
