GIMME THE HOT TAKES PLEASE

I don’t think that there’s going to be a big betrayal reveal, and honestly I don’t want there to be one.  Especially if they focus more on romance in act 2.

The main reason I don’t want there to be one is because personally I feel like creating an external bad guy directs the attention away from the people building the relationship.  The goal becomes “defeat this character” instead of “grow as a person” and I’ve never been a fan of that sort of plot showing up mid-story.

That’s not to say I’m against the idea of misplaced intentions.  If Diavolo does something bad with good intentions, I think that would be super interesting!  But I’m not interested in MysMes Rika levels of plot twist.

(The reason I don’t think there’s going to be one is because the OM team has historically been REALLY bad at being subtle with their foreshadowing so it would probably have been obvious by now hfjskdhf)
