“Human. You need a bloody bath. I can smell the stench off the sea on you a mile away.“
❛ Alright you scurvy-ridden bastard. This is the last time I break my back saving you from swingin’! ❜ It is an empty threat if he was truly honest with himself. Sparrow was an in-expendable ally to The Van der Linde Gang, being a captain of a ship was what had sealed their alliance for Dutch. That was not to say the two were always on good terms or even earnest with one another. It often got tight but somehow one of them would always charm his way back in.
❛ Especially after that stunt you pulled earlier! ❜ They were supposed to be lying low amidst the aftermath of the killing of an a renown Crime Lord for stolen goods. This morning their treasury had been dry, indicating that once again the pirate had tried to make off with more than his share and Dutch has no doubt in his mind that he has hidden it somewhere. Salty, conniving son of a bitch. ❛ Which, by the way, I ain’t forgiven y’for! ❜
After shooting the noose that had threatened to string Sparrow up, Dutch had initiated fire to guards securing the scene. The two are enveloped behind the barracks, waiting for a clearing so they can reach Van der Linde’s steed.
He ascends to fire a bullet straight between the eyes of a nearing officer and descends just as quickly for cover. ❛ If I’d known you were jus’ gonna try and back-stab me like that I would have slit your throat myself. Only reason you’re alive right now is ‘cause I want to take back what’s mine, you thieving sack of turd.❜ He will have to interrogate the pirate later, however, because at this moment he is just trying to ensure their survival.

@sprrcw lit the bat signal!
“Wh-oa-oa-boy! A real pirate!” Sure their boat seemed to be being taken over, but how COOL! He was absolutely giddy with excitement and he could hardly contain a little squeal as he watched from his spot in a deck chair, even if he didn’t really stay there for long, never a shy one as he walks directly up to the other, “Hi! I’m Dick! What’s your name? Can I wear your hat?”
sprrcw replied to your post “I’ll forget about this in a week, but here’s an interest checker /...”

Sonja had a long day, a terribly long day where all she wanted at the end of it was a nice drink of rum. Perhaps even an entire bottles worth, until she was drunk enough to forget how annoying her day had been then saunter off with whatever pirate was lucky enough to capture the she-pirate’s attention. She slammed a couple of coins down on the bartop and practically growled at the barmaid for her rum, settling back later on the stool to survey the tavern.
Emerald hues landed on a familiar figure, and it wasn’t long before the siren was transfixed–watching Jack as he drank directly from a bottle of rum. Sonja wondered idly, how it was possible for a man to appear attractive while swallowing liquor. It shouldn’t be so mesmerizing for her to see his adam’s apple bob as he swallowed, or idly daydream of sinking her teeth into his neck. She visibly shook herself out of her hypnotized stupor when she was caught staring, tossing her sea-wild hair and staring pointedly instead directly ahead of her while she drank her own liquor.
Sonja drains the bottle as if it were water instead of spirits, drumming sharpened nails against the bartop as she considered her options. Jack was, undeniably, a attractive man and a good pirate. And she was curious…the wenches in torturga did love to gossip and perhaps all the rumours were true. The siren cast one last glance about the tavern, but no other pirate was any of interest to her…might as well see what happened if she flirted.
She paid the barmaid for another bottle of rum before she confidently sauntered over to Jack, “Think you can give me a hand with finishing this one off? I’ll make it worth your while…Captain.”
@sprrcw — dashboard commentary about harlow bc i’m bored.
‘ you wanna know something about harlow? ‘ whispered, to the pirate, from her nearby perch on the dock post, leg idly swinging, skirts moving softly with the action.
*dumps a pretty pirate disaster on poseidon's lap — all yours sir*
“This sparks joy.”
