I hate to leave but I am so glad I’ve known them.” whereas Hunter is “I didn’t realise I loved these people. I just found people I care about. Why do I have to leave a place I finally belong?” and it hurts. a lot.

Y’all, it’s been a damn tough year for me. But this sweet romance between two of my favorite MCU characters has been a little bit of balm. Thanks for celebrating with me and falling for Dousy/Sousy/Daisysous/Quakersquares/TimeQuake too.

I’ve seen many post saying goodbye to Agents of Shield and I really wanted to write my own. I’m not good with words (even in Polish) but I will try my best.

I started watching AoS when I was in bad place. I always wanted to see this show because I was Marvel fan and I finally did because I saw gifs of two cute nerds. But it wasn’t right time for me to really fall in love with this show - I come back 1,5 years later, and that was the moment when AoS stole my heart. I still remember when I could finally watch Agents “live” (well next day than everyone else because of time zones lol) - I was excited, happy and nervous at the same time. I was never really part of any fandom, at least outside of Poland, I just looked from the side and reblogged stuff. And this is how it started with AoS, and I remember people following me back and I was so shocked that someone wants to :D. Few weeks later I read my first fanfiction and then I wanted more and more. After season 5 finale I needed them more than ever, I signed for AO3 account and months later I wrote my first comment. And that’s when I think I really became part of this fandom. Agents of Shield fandom became one of the most important thing in my life and I’m gonna forever be grateful for it. I met amazing people here in last few years, people who made amazing content and always were there for me. I even decided to go for my first comic con - sadly Covid said not this time but next year hopefully 💕. Thanks to amazing Earth vs Space event I made even more amazing friendships and I even start creating my own content - little one but still :).

Agents of Shield cast has special place in my heart, I’m gonna miss seeing them together - on comic cons, during interviews and all BTS content. But it seems that even now when show is over - they still gonna stay close to each other. I can’t wait to see them in new projects ♥️.

Im gonna miss waiting for new episode, reading people’s theories and speculations, seeing reactions, and seeing all content created by my talented friends. My life is gonna be a little bit more empty without new AoS episodes 😭. I’m gonna miss Team Shield and my lovely Fitzsimmons ❤️!

I know fandom is gonna stay here, maybe some people will leave but still we will be here. So it’s not really goodbye. We’re not gonna get new episodes after today, but we still gonna get new content from all amazing creators, and I think this is beautiful ♥️.

I just want to thank you all for being here, for being wonderful friends. I don’t think I could love this show so much without you guys ♥️. I’m not gonna tagged people because I’m too worried that I will forget about someone. But if you’re reading this - please know that I’m grateful we could meet because of AoS ♥️.

One last game of Tag? Agents of Shield #PartingShot

So to /cope/ with the ending of this show, I thought it might be a cute and not at all sad idea to play a tag game expressing our love for the show and how we grew with it. My goal is to start this now and hopefully by Wednesday, it circulates and we can read each other’s stories before (and after) the episode and feel comforted in knowing we’re not alone in saying goodbye. Where were you in life when you first started watching AOS?

God, a MIDDLE SCHOOLER. I didn’t join the fandom until the beginning of highschool. I remember Agents of Shield being with me through literally the most developmental part of my life( physically, emotionally, mentally- alllll that). This fandom was such a crucial part of my happiness as a kid. I didn’t talk much to many people since I knew I was a lot younger than most, but nonetheless I always felt accepted and loved. I knew people on a first name basis, read more fanfiction than you will believe, first discovered my love for writing on AO3. The positivity poured out of everyone here. When I left, grew up, and came back all the old faces I recognized were hardly active anymore but the heart was still here. It will always be here.

Where are you now?

All grown up. Sending in a few college applications as we speak. Agents of Shield made me realize I did not want to be apart of a super secretive team that gets blown up or betrayed every six months but rather I want to write about one. I’m majoring in screenwriting and television production in college (don’t say it trust me I know) and I can’t think of any show I’ve watched more impactful in this decision.

What character development arc (or storyline in general) did you love the most?

May. Melinda May man, my TV mom has come so far. What happened to “I’m only a pilot?” May has grown so much from what she expected to be in the beginning and I love it. I love seeing her grown from self isolating to an essential part of the team, learning to make peace with herself and her traumas. May has always made me feel better about myself in being a reserved person. Quiet isn’t always a bad thing, matter of fact May made it badass. Thanks to her, I’ve mastered my quiet glare and let me tell you it is POWERFUL.

What will you miss the most?

What /won’t/ I miss honestly. I think I’ll miss all the excitement that came from Con days. Juicy content, lighthearted interviews, great outfits. I love the cast just as much as I love their characters.

Favorite Quote?

Not from the show but, “BABES I found the churros!” Will always have a special place in my heart.

Ok im a little unsure of how i feel about the finale. I think im mostly satisfied except for the lack of May/Coulson and the way they rushed Deke's ending. Deke just deserved better all around. Then there's the fact that Fitz didn't even acknowledge that Enoch is dead. That was his best friend and he doesn't even ask what happened? Maybe it was wishful thinking but i was hoping for Philinda endgame but who knows maybe we will get it. I have a feeling there is going to be a spinoff and i know everyone wants Daisy and i do too but i also think a Deke spinoff about rebuilding Shield in another timeline would be cool. Idk but i did love seeing Pipe and Davis together again. And Flint getting to grow up and be happy. Fitzsimmons baby was so cute and im glad they got to have a peaceful life. May finally embracing her past and The Cavalry was perfection. I just have so many feelings right now and im just so sad that it's really over.
