This amazing squash pizza is a tasty and healthy take on regular pizza. The crust made of spaghetti squash has a unique texture and taste, and the marinara sauce, vegan cheese, and fresh vegetables make the dish filling and tasty.
Ingredients: 1 medium-sized spaghetti squash, cooked and shredded. 1 cup marinara sauce. 1 cup vegan cheese, shredded. 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 400F 200C. Add the cooked spaghetti squash to a bowl and add the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Make a crust-like shape with the squash mixture by spreading it out evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. The squash crust should be baked in a hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until it gets a little crispy. Take the crust out of the oven and cover it with marinara sauce. Put vegan cheese on top of the sauce, then the tomatoes, red onion, and fresh basil leaves. Put the pizza back in the oven and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles. Take it out of the oven, slice it, and serve it hot. Have fun!
