Ingredients: 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes. 1 cup chickpea flour. 1/4 cup nutritional yeast. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp dried oregano. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. Toppings of your choice e.g., tomato sauce, vegan cheese, veggies.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 425F 220C. Put the mashed sweet potatoes, chickpea flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. It should be mixed until it turns into dough. Put the dough on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Press and shape the dough with your hands into the shape of a pizza crust. It should be about 1/4 inch thick. Put the sweet potato crust in an oven that has already been heated and bake it for 15 to 20 minutes, or until it gets firm and a little crispy around the edges. Take the crust out of the oven and add the pizza toppings you want. Put it back in the oven and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the toppings are warm and any vegan cheese is melted and bubbling.
