Not misophonia related tw medical stuff and ptsd

So I have to go through a medical procedure Thursday very similar to the one that caused my ptsd. Well for the past few weeks this hasn't bothered me. Today it hit. I've had multiple panick attacks and am currently hyperventilating in bed at 1:10 even though I have to wake up at 6. I think it's safe to say that reality has caught up with me. My denial has worn of and now I get to panic. *incomprehensible screams* Time to keep myself extremely distracted for the next 2-3 days.
